Before you book

How do I make a booking on your website?

Please search the airport pick up and the destination resort/area near which you are traveling to, please follow the steps and complete with payments.

What information do I need to provide when making a booking?

We need your name and surname so that we could write your name on the paging card while we will be waiting for you on at the Airport.

We need your contact details such as email and phone number.

We need your number of flight so that we can follow up eventual flight delays.

We also need your building or the hotel for ease of drop off.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

If you can not find the route, Kindly email us the booking details as follows and we can organize a customized booking for you.

How do I pay for my transfer?

We use the largest and the best payment gateway in East Africa. Direct pay online. You can pay using card or mobile money. The gate way allows you to use multiple currencies including dollar, euros, Kenya shillings etc.

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

You can not book a transfer with more than one stop using the booking engine, however if you have this requirement, kindly email us on airporttransfers@hg.co.ke
